Holistic Depot serves to provide quality products to all of our customers. If you have received your order and are unsatisfied, we are happy to process a refund or credit within 30 days of receiving your order.

Return or Exchange processing time

Once the return or exchange process has been completed please allow 5-7 business days for processing. An email confirmation will be sent once your claim has been processed.
