Your order confirmation may be missing for several reasons listed below

1. Order may have been placed on an alternate email rather than your personal email

2. Wrong email address was used while order, we understand it happens to the best of us.

3. Order confirmation email was sent to your spam folder.

If you have any issues locating your tracking number feel free to email us at sales@holisticdepot.co and allow for us to respond to you in 3-5 business days. In your email, please include your order number and write "No Confirmation Email" in the subject line.

Entered Wrong Shipping Address at Checkout? Section

If you entered the wrong shipping address by mistake while checking out email us at sales@holisticdepot.co with the subject line containing your correct shipping address and order number.

Wrong Items Delivered or Items Missing from your Order?

If you have received the wrong items in your order or have found items to be missing from your order please email us at sales@holisticdepot.co with order number and the missing/wrong item. We will process the correction once the claim has been confirmed.
